At The Vinyl Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your record arrives damaged or you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

Package Your Vinyl

Carefully place the record in its original sleeve and protective mailer, ensuring the vinyl is secure to prevent any warping or scratches during transit.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5 business days.
